Professional Agent Services - Meet personally and get to know you, your objectives and timing, and your home. I'll help you with pricing, and craft an effective MLS Listing. Schedule professional photos.
Pending Contract to Closing - Once under contract, schedule inspections and assist with post-home inspection or appraisal negotiation and set up settlement.
The Smart Seller Program with Full-Service Listing with Flexible Commissions:
Easy Exit Listing: Cancel the Listing at any time. If for some reason I do not provide 100% satisfactory service, just let me know. I promise to remedy the situation within 24 hours. If you are still not satisfied, I will release you, unconditionally, from the listing agreement with no further obligation.
Flexible Commission Schedule: Many Realtors have a very rigid commission schedule that is not in touch with today’s fast-paced market.
My Smart Seller’s Program offers flexibility. The commission varies depending on level of service.
NOTE - Samson Properties, my Broker, pays its Agents 100% of commissions or fees earned. The Company owns Cardinal Title Group and revenue from Cardinal, along with affiliates First Heritage Mortgage and 2-10 Home Warranty is the profit engine for the company. Fees from Property Management help as well. Since the company does not share in real estate commissions, it charges an administrative fee of $345.00 at closing to handle compliance and accounting. And we encourage our clients to do business with our affiliated companies, which are fully disclosed and are super people!
SILVER SERVICE LEVEL - 1% Listing Commission ($3,000.00 minimum), offer of 2.5% minimum to Buyer Broker. Total Commission is 3.5% of Sales Price.
